hapitel is the very first Greek online comparison tool, that offers you the ability, from your home or office, to find and order the solution that best meets your needs and preferences, in order for you to acquire the most suitable telecommunication plan or bundle in the best market price.
The portal is completely independent from any telecommunication providers and doesn’t aim to convince you to purchase specific plans. This is entirely up to you. hapitel can merely find and present you the cheapest plans in the market that fully meet your requirements. - What does hapitel offer?
This portal offers you a reliable and fast way to a full and complete market research in order to compare all plans and bundles of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV, aiming to find the cheapest one for you. You can therefore get instant updates on current offers and choose the most cost effective solution that best suits your personal or business needs. Moreover, throughout hapitel you can order the program you want. Your order will be forwarded to independent of hapitel agents – partners of the various operators of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV, who shall take all necessary and required actions to process the order, communicate with you, prepare all necessary contractual documents, in order to complete the sale by signing the relevant contract. All these from your home or office!
- How does hapitel work?
Each page guides you step-by-step to select your search criteria regarding the packages or services you are looking for.
It is very simple, select the service(s) for which you are interested and whether you are individual, professional or cooperation. From then on you just have to fill in your criteria and click the search button to get your answers.
Once you get your answers, you can change your criteria in the left side of the page and get the answers in the right side of the page.
- How often is hapitel database updated?
hapitel database is updated daily, with all the published information of all providers and presents to you the cheapest solution.
hapitel aims to keep you informed on every different plan or bundle concerning mobile and landline communication, internet and pay TV, so that there is no need for you to do all the tiresome, frustrating and time consuming market research among plans, bundles and providers.
- Can I find in hapitel all plans and bundles available in the market?
hapitel will suggest the first 50 solutions-combinations of plans and bundles that best fit your needs, based on your search criteria. Sort by cheapest!
- Where does hapitel find the data?
hapitel gets the data from all the published plans or bundles for mobile telephony, landline telephony, internet and pay TV of the telecommunication providers.
- Is there a charge for using hapitel?
hapitel is absolutely free of charge.
- Is there any charge for the order submission service via hapitel?
No, there is no fee or other charge for the order submission service provided herein. This is totally free of charge. However, the user will be charged by the operator for the completion of the sales contract.
- What is the procedure following my order?
As soon as you place your order, it will be forwarded to independent from hapitel agents – partners of the various operators of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV. The agent, which will process your order, will arrange to contact you for confirmation of your order and the processing thereof, prepare all necessary contractual documents etc. Within the following days pursuant to submitting your order, and according to the instructions in the initial communication with you, the agent will deliver to you by courier all contractual documents that need to be signed in order for the contract to become valid in the name and on behalf of the provider. In this way, your contract with your preferred provider will be concluded at the best of your ease at your place.
- What is the role of hapitel in the purchase process of the ordered program?
hapitel registers all the orders, submitted via this portal, of products and services of operators of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV, and then forwards them to agents – partners of the operators. Then, the latter undertakes to take all necessary actions to process the order, communicate with the user, prepare all necessary contractual documents in order to complete the sale by signing the relevant contract in the name and for the account of the operator.
hapitel is not involved in the following stages after the order is placed online until the signing or not of the contract.
hapitel does not bear any responsibility for the processing of the order submitted by the user via this portal and for the availability, reliability, validity, defect, lack of agreed quality of the product, equipment and service which the user has ordered, for drawing up the contract between the user and the operator of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV, as well as for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract.
- Are all taxes and VAT included in the prices of plans and bundles?
hapitel gets the data from all the published plans or bundles of the telecommunication providers. For comparison purposes with the providers’ promotional policy, prices include VAT but do not include state taxes for mobile telephony or landline telephony and internet.
- May I change my mind and not conclude the purchase agreement of the ordered program?
Of course, you have all rights of the consumer – counter party with the operator of landline and mobile telephony, internet and pay TV, as specifically provided by law.
- What is ‘View Details’ under each solution?
By selecting view details under each solution, you can see in detail all monthly services that are offered. Values in bold are the answers to your search criteria.
- Can I print or send the search results through mail?
It is possible to print or send through email all solutions that appear at the search results, by clicking on the appropriate icon placed right on top of each solution.
- Can I save my search criteria for next time I visit hapitel?
hapitel has real time results. That means that it is not possible to save your search criteria, since results are subjected to changes and updates. Database is updated daily according to changes of the plans and bundles offered by the providers. In case you want to save the solutions you can make use of “print” or “send to friend” utilities.
- Why does sometimes tariff appear to be different than the one presented at the providers’ ads?
hapitel is always in accordance to the real program tariffs. The deviation is a result of one of the following reasons:
a) The offers refer to a limited number of months, therefore hapitel, in order for the tariffs to be comparable and realistic regardless of the company’s marketing methods, calculates and presents a weighted average of the monthly tariff.
b) There are special offers of collaborating providers that you might not be aware off.
c) There are special offers of certain providers for being already a subscriber to an affiliated or collaborating provider.
d) There are special offers through internet subscription.
In any case, the description of a special offer is presented to you in each solution at the results.
- Why does the program or bundle I use not appear at the results?
hapitel presents the first 50 cheapest solutions that best meet your criteria. If the plan or bundle you use, is either more expensive than the first 50 solutions or not available in the market any more, it will not appear at the results.
- The plan or bundle suggested, was not available at my nearest store / retailer or provider.
Hapitel bears no responsibility for any incorrect or invalid information provided by the providers or agents or for the availability of the suggested packages, plans or bundles at stores / retailers. The portal is constantly updated by the plans that providers publicise so that you can find the cheapest and most suitable solution that is available at the time of your search.

It is possible that there is nothing on the market that meets your search criteria. In that case, change your criteria and try again.
